About

Rickey Alexander Mobile Truck & Trailer Repair does mobile truck repair, emergency roadside repair, and trailer repair across Forrest City. When a rig goes down on I-40, Highway 1, or in a yard off Broadway, we bring the truck, the tools, and the parts to you. No tow to a shop, no waiting days for a bay. You call, we show up, and we tell you what it needs before we start turning wrenches.
This shop runs the way drivers want a repair to run. You call with a symptom. We ask the right questions, get to your location in or around Forrest City, and diagnose the problem before any work starts. Then you get a straight answer on what it costs and how long it takes.
If it is a jumpstart at 2 a.m., an air brake fix at a fuel stop in Brinkley, or a cooling system repair in your own yard, the process is the same: find the real problem, fix it right, and get you rolling. Working trucks around east Arkansas face long hauls, heavy loads, and Delta heat that kills tires, batteries, and cooling systems. We stock for the failures we see most, so most roadside calls end with a repair, not a tow.
Fleet operators and owner-operators alike get the same treatment: fair rates, honest timelines, and work we stand behind. That is why drivers on the I-40 corridor save this number before they need it.

What local drivers say
5.0 out of 5 from 34 reviews on Google.
Yesterday 10/5/26 needed a Jumpstart on my semi. Called around and got the run around. I'm a trucker familiar with the area yet not familiar with the services. Called the Ace! Rickey by chance nonetheless and my man's pulled up on me in 30 of em (meaning time 30minutes) I also need to point out Rickey was in forest city A.R. and I was in Brinkley A.R. enough of me babbling though I'll say this and leave it be. When in doubt give Rickey a shout and he'll show up and show out! And won't depart until your vehicle starts. Easy on the pockets and he won't be forgotten! At any rate I suggest you holla at Rickey Alexander a man of compassion and character. Thanks again!
Exceptional service. Called and wait time was fast. Affordable rates and knowledgeable
very good affordable service i would recommend him to anyone!!!

Straight answers before you call
What drives the cost of a mobile repair job in Wynne?
Three things: what the failure actually is, what parts it needs, and where the truck sits. A jumpstart on a town street is a short job. An air brake repair on a grain trailer on a county field road takes longer to reach and longer to fix. We quote the labor and parts up front so you know the number before we start.
Can you work on farm trucks and ag equipment in Wynne, not just semis?
Yes. Cross County runs on agriculture, so a lot of our Wynne calls are farm trucks, grain trailers, dump trailers and the support equipment that follows a harvest. If it rolls on heavy-duty axles with a diesel, hydraulic or air system problem, we can diagnose and repair it where it sits.
How fast can you reach a breakdown in Wynne?
Our shop is in Forrest City, about 25 minutes north on Arkansas Highway 1 from Wynne. Day or night, weekends included, most calls get a repair truck on the way quickly because we are not dispatching from Memphis or Little Rock.
Do you repair trailers around Wynne during harvest season?
Yes, trailer work is a regular part of our Wynne calls. Air brakes, lighting, suspension and landing gear failures on grain and flatbed trailers are common when trucks are loaded heavy and running long hours. We fix them roadside or at your yard so the load keeps moving.
How much does a mobile truck repair cost?
Price comes down to four things: what the repair actually involves, the parts it needs, how long the work runs, and whether the truck is roadside or parked. Before any wrench turns, you get a clear estimate built from those factors, so you know the number before we start and nothing changes after.
What areas do you serve around Forrest City, AR?
We run out of Forrest City and cover the I-40 corridor plus surrounding towns: Brinkley, Wynne, Marianna, West Memphis, Marion, Helena-West Helena, Hughes, Earle, Parkin, Palestine, and Colt. Call (870) 270-4001 with your location and we will confirm we can reach you and how soon.
How soon can you come out for a repair?
Breakdown calls move as fast as you can get us a location. Planned work, like fleet maintenance or a pre-trip inspection, gets booked at a time that fits your route. The sooner you call, the sooner we roll, so ring (870) 270-4001 as soon as you know you need us.
Are you open nights and weekends?
Yes. Trucks do not break down on a schedule, so we run 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A 2 a.m. air brake fault near West Memphis or a Sunday cooling system failure outside Wynne both get answered. Call any hour and we will tell you what happens next.
What should I do while waiting for roadside service?
Move off the roadway as far as you safely can, set your hazards, and note a mile marker, exit, or crossroads. Then call (870) 270-4001 with a short description of the problem. Those details let us load the right parts and tools so one trip does the job.
What happens when you arrive at my truck?
First we look the truck or trailer over and explain what we found before any repair starts. You get the plan and the price up front, then the work happens on site. Most roadside calls are finished where you sit, which means you drive out instead of waiting on a tow.
Do you fix both the tractor and the trailer on one visit?
Yes. One call covers the whole rig: semi trucks, trailers, air brakes, tires, electrical diagnostics, hydraulics, and more, all from the mobile unit. A tractor and trailer do not need two different shops, and the work happens wherever the combination is parked or stopped in our area.
Do I need an appointment or can I call for a same-day fix?
Both work. Breakdowns get priority, so same-day roadside response is the normal way we operate. Planned jobs like transmission repair or alternator and starter replacement can be booked ahead at a time that suits your schedule. Call (870) 270-4001 and we will sort the timing.

Serving Wynne
Wynne sits where the flat Delta farmland meets the wooded rise of Crowley's Ridge, and that mix shapes the work. Row-crop operations around Cross County run trucks and ag equipment hard through planting and harvest, and the town itself is the county seat, so grain trailers and haulers pass through year round. US 64 crosses the north side of town toward Marion and Searcy, and Arkansas Highway 1 runs south 14 miles to I-40 at Forrest City. Interstate 40 long ago pulled long-distance travel away from Wynne, so most calls here are local haulers, farm trucks, and equipment that has to be running tomorrow morning, not tonight.

Why Wynne customers need this work
Wynne's economy runs on agriculture, and that changes what repair work matters. During planting and harvest, a down truck or a broken piece of farm equipment costs a grower real ground time, so Mobile Truck Repair in Wynne and Emergency Roadside Repair in Wynne get called on field roads as often as on the highway. Trailer Repair in Wynne matters to the hauling side of the same operations, from flatbeds moving equipment to grain trailers running between farms and elevators. We handle both trucks and ag equipment, which keeps one call covering the whole operation.

Wynne sits 23 miles from the shop on West Broadway in Forrest City, down Highway 1, so a roadside call reaches town fast without waiting on a Little Rock or Memphis outfit to mobilize. Drivers here know the difference: a tech who can find a field road off US 64, work on a grain trailer or a tractor, and talk through the repair in plain terms before charging anything. Farmers and local haulers around Cross County call us because we show up ready to fix it where it sits.
