What local drivers say
5.0 out of 5 from 34 reviews on Google.
Yesterday 10/5/26 needed a Jumpstart on my semi. Called around and got the run around. I'm a trucker familiar with the area yet not familiar with the services. Called the Ace! Rickey by chance nonetheless and my man's pulled up on me in 30 of em (meaning time 30minutes) I also need to point out Rickey was in forest city A.R. and I was in Brinkley A.R. enough of me babbling though I'll say this and leave it be. When in doubt give Rickey a shout and he'll show up and show out! And won't depart until your vehicle starts. Easy on the pockets and he won't be forgotten! At any rate I suggest you holla at Rickey Alexander a man of compassion and character. Thanks again!
Exceptional service. Called and wait time was fast. Affordable rates and knowledgeable
very good affordable service i would recommend him to anyone!!!

About Truck Electrical Diagnostics
Common questions and tips from our work with Forrest City customers.
Should a bad ground be repaired or the harness replaced?
Most lighting faults come back to a single corroded ground or a chafed section of wire, not the whole harness. We cut out the damaged span, splice in properly sized wire with heat-shrink terminals, and add a fresh ground strap. Full harness replacement only makes sense when damage is widespread, which we confirm before quoting anything.
Are LED lights better than incandescent on a trailer?
LED marker and tail lights draw less current, so they put less strain on old wiring and corroded connectors, and they fail less often from vibration. They cost more up front. On a trailer that keeps burning out bulbs along the I-40 corridor, LEDs usually pay off. We can fit either and explain the tradeoff on site.
Why do my trailer lights flicker only when the truck is running?
Flicker that appears when the engine runs usually points to a charging system interaction, not the lights themselves. Voltage from the alternator can push a marginal ground or a corroded connector past its limit. We test the circuit with the engine both off and running, then fix the connection that is breaking down.
Trailer wiring fails at connectors first
Before any other suspicion, check the 7-pin connector between tractor and trailer. Bent pins, green corrosion, and spread terminals cause more lighting complaints than failed bulbs do. A dielectric grease coat at the plug after each wash slows corrosion. If cleaning the plug does not clear the fault, we will trace the circuit from there.
Intermittent faults need the symptom noted
Write down when the fault shows up: bumps, rain, turns, or engine running. That pattern tells us which section of harness to start on. A wire that shorts only when the cab flexes over a rough stretch of highway lives somewhere different from one that fails in wet weather, and the note saves diagnostic time.
Straight answers before you call
How much does a mobile truck repair cost?
Price comes down to four things: what the repair actually involves, the parts it needs, how long the work runs, and whether the truck is roadside or parked. Before any wrench turns, you get a clear estimate built from those factors, so you know the number before we start and nothing changes after.
What areas do you serve around Forrest City, AR?
We run out of Forrest City and cover the I-40 corridor plus surrounding towns: Brinkley, Wynne, Marianna, West Memphis, Marion, Helena-West Helena, Hughes, Earle, Parkin, Palestine, and Colt. Call (870) 270-4001 with your location and we will confirm we can reach you and how soon.
How soon can you come out for a repair?
Breakdown calls move as fast as you can get us a location. Planned work, like fleet maintenance or a pre-trip inspection, gets booked at a time that fits your route. The sooner you call, the sooner we roll, so ring (870) 270-4001 as soon as you know you need us.
Are you open nights and weekends?
Yes. Trucks do not break down on a schedule, so we run 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A 2 a.m. air brake fault near West Memphis or a Sunday cooling system failure outside Wynne both get answered. Call any hour and we will tell you what happens next.
What should I do while waiting for roadside service?
Move off the roadway as far as you safely can, set your hazards, and note a mile marker, exit, or crossroads. Then call (870) 270-4001 with a short description of the problem. Those details let us load the right parts and tools so one trip does the job.
What happens when you arrive at my truck?
First we look the truck or trailer over and explain what we found before any repair starts. You get the plan and the price up front, then the work happens on site. Most roadside calls are finished where you sit, which means you drive out instead of waiting on a tow.
Do you fix both the tractor and the trailer on one visit?
Yes. One call covers the whole rig: semi trucks, trailers, air brakes, tires, electrical diagnostics, hydraulics, and more, all from the mobile unit. A tractor and trailer do not need two different shops, and the work happens wherever the combination is parked or stopped in our area.
Do I need an appointment or can I call for a same-day fix?
Both work. Breakdowns get priority, so same-day roadside response is the normal way we operate. Planned jobs like transmission repair or alternator and starter replacement can be booked ahead at a time that suits your schedule. Call (870) 270-4001 and we will sort the timing.
Can you handle a jumpstart or tire change on the roadside?
Those are two of the most common roadside calls. A dead battery or a blown tire does not need a shop visit; we bring jumpstart equipment and commercial tire replacement to the shoulder. Give us your location and the tire size if you know it, and we handle the rest.
How does scheduling work for fleet maintenance?
Tell us how many units you run and what interval you want, and we set a recurring schedule that comes to your yard in Forrest City or wherever your trucks stage. Regular service on your lot keeps drivers on routes instead of sitting in a shop waiting line.
